Payments & Prices

• Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) based on the current exchange rate.
• Prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations at the time of final payment.
• To avoid potential price increases, we highly recommend making full payment at the time of booking.
• For part payments, Dream Destinations reserves the right to charge the higher amount quoted until full payment is received.
• We may cancel bookings for incomplete payments or if currency fluctuations significantly impact the quoted price. To avoid cancellation, please make full payment at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be notified via written email.
• No changes or cancellations are allowed after departure.
• Cancellation fees apply as follows:
  • Up to 45 days before departure: 10% charge
  • 44-31 days before departure: 25% charge
  • 30-15 days before departure: 50% charge
  • 14-8 days before departure: 75% charge
  • Less than 7 days before departure: No refund (100% charge)
• In case of a medical emergency, a documented medical excuse from a hospital or doctor may waive cancellation charges. The refunded amount will be issued as a credit shell valid for a specific timeframe for future bookings.
• Airline tickets with non-refundable fares are subject to a 0% refund. For refundable fares, cancellation charges may apply, and a credit note will be issued for the remaining amount.
